Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in its original condition.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@pawhavengardenmemorial.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a return or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
